Client: A leading independent provider of protection and control services to the electric utility industry.
Needed to standardize SOPs and processes for employees and develop training for technical end users in the electrical utilities industry.
Installed SOP Express to use as the standard authoring system for SOP, Work Instructions, Job Aids, Checklists and Training. The client also took advantage for the Princeton Center Quick Start Program to have the first 40 SOPs converted to the SOP Express System, specifically in the areas that we most critical, dangerous and costly to control. These SOPs included content involved in installation, calibration, equipment protection, maintenance, and testing.
The introduction of SOP Express has allowed the client to create SOPs that are consistent, concurrent and compliant with industry standard is less time, resources and cost.
Client: Power Plant contractors working on deactivation and remediation projects and more.
Needed to create specific one-time use Standards for deactivation and remediation of nuclear facilities. These SOPs (and Work Instructions) are critical to allow the safe deactivation of the nuclear facility and need to be easily understood and followed exactly to accelerate the decommissioning tasks and reduce the risk of accidents and other related collateral issues.
The client installed a site-license for the SOP Express System. Furthermore, the client worked closely with Princeton Center experts to custom configure the input models and output templates to be used on the overall processes.
The use of SOP Express has allowed the client to standardize the input and output process for the creation of specific one-time use SOPs quickly and reliably to facilitate the very dangerous and costly process of decommissioning nuclear plants.
Client: One of Europe’s largest Nitrogen Producers and the world’s largest melamine producer.
The client needed expert consulting and support services in operating standards, process engineering support and quality/safety training.
The client turned to a Princeton Center Alliance Partner to acquire the services, support and software tools needed.
The client has been working successfully with the alliance partner to support this worldwide product and quality control procedures.
