Client: An Investment company helping cannabis start-ups enter highly competitive markets, and reach new standards in professionalism, integrity and accountability.
Needed to help cannabis start-up companies create standards for operation, marketing, product development and support. In this newly establish market, there was little established standards for operations, quality assurance and business management. In the roll out of several dispensaries across several states, a new set of standards was required and had to be built rapidly with quality and consistent deployment.
The client adopted the ExpressTrain Suite of tools, including SOP Express as the baseline authoring and generation system for all standards. The client also took advantage of the Princeton Center Quick Start Program to have the first full set of standards converted into ExpressTrain as a rapid development service. These included, SOPs, Work Instructions, Job Aids, Checklists and Training.
The client was able to create the proper training and support system for their new Dispensaries in a new State in record time, saving them substantial resources, time and cost. The dispensary training system is now the standard for all new projects.
