Karl is one of the principals of Princeton Center for Education Services, Inc. and has been with the company for over 25 years. His substantial background in database design has guided his approach to knowledge capture and representation and is reflected in the products he has developed.  During that time he managed and was responsible for all software design, development, and documentation.

His creative accomplishments include: Personalized Education Management System for schools, Education Support System a multi-tiered (District/School) system for administration – attendance, grade reporting, scheduling, etc., Instructional Management System – managing students progress vis-a-vis, curriculum, assignments, and assessments, Process Design Tool for the petrochemical  industry, a collaborative information exchange system for the pharmaceutical industry, a support application for software development, problem and license tracking, SAPorter, a software applications simulator add-on to ExpressTrain, HyPerformance, a performance support knowledgebase for the steel industry, an SOP mapping and revision tracking system for pharmaceutical manufacturing, and of course, the ExpressTrain product line.

His effort in the organizing the R&D group within Princeton Center for Education Services was instrumental in enabling it to meet the requirements of the Parenteral Drug Association (PDA) software audit. With Princeton Center for Education Services he divides his time between product improvement, and consulting – primarily content development and technical writing. He holds a B.S and M.Ed in Language Arts Education (English teacher) and ABD in Instructional Systems.
